Scouts ... the best of the best!

Scouts are open to boys and girls aged from about 10½ to 14½ years old. This is the next step up from being a Cub but there are still some familiar activities to enjoy including badge work, games and, of course, camping but the Scouts take these activities to the next level.
The Scouts meet at Portlethen Academy Gym Hall on Wednesday evenings between 7:30pm and 9pm.

Recently the Scouts saw a presentation as part of their work towards achieving the Meteorologist Badge. The PowerPoint slides can be downloded by clicking on the icon below.

The Scouts took part in a Unihoc tournament on 13th April 08. They managed a very creditable 2nd on their first attempt. See some of the action photos below!
